BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 2717 Rossville Boulevard, being on the southwest and northwest line of Rossville Boulevard, northeast of East 28th Street. Lot 2, Stone Fort Land Company's Resubdivision of Parts of Lots 36 thru 46, Park City, and of Lots 5 thru 9 and Parts of Lots 1 thru 4, J. J. Kiles Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 39, page 136, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 3781, page 50, ROHC. Tax Map No. 156I-A-8. from M-1 Manufacturing Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Landscape standards attached hereto. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
